Dondo Yaki 2018 どんどやき2018
We will have a local traditional event called "Dondo yaki" on 8th Jan. 2018. It is a traditional event which local people gathers around a powerfully-burning bonfire to wish for happiness in the new year We also bring our New Year's decoration and "Kakizome", the Calligraphy at the beginning of the year, and burn them.
If you have chance, stay with us from 7th Jan. We will make Mochi(rice cack) to eat at the festival, and also you can try "Kakizome" here at Guest House KURA!
