To eat soba on 31st Dec., it's Japanese traditional culture!
And also at midnight, we all go to shrine and ring a bell for New Year!

31日は、みんなでそばを打ち、そのあと年越しの深夜12時には
近くの神社で鐘をつき、みんなで2年参り（初詣）へ出かけます。
