Here is a "Japanese Phrase Book" written by Suzaka Higashi High School students. This school is located just near Guest House KURA.
The native high school students would introduce/explain some Japanese which is very useful during your trip in Japan!

[Ittekimasu] いってきます／[Itterasshai] いってらっしゃい
*We only say "Ittekimasu" when we go out of the home.
*Then the person who sees him/her off says "Itterasshai".
[Tadaima] ただいま／[Okaeri] おかえり
*After we come back home, we say "Tadakima".
*Then the person who welcomes them home says "Okaeri".
